Yeah, I commission a few people, but this one is from the artist Toughset. If you have tried contacting him on DA I'm afraid you won't have much luck, he is not active on DA anymore, only on FA, link below. He can take alittle while to respond on there, depending on how busy he is, but if you contact him there for a commission he will get back to you sooner or later. :)
